LCL dispatcher

Monday to Friday. Day shift.
DESCRIPTION
Do you have experience as an LCL dispatcher?
Are you ready to take on the challenge?
Your primary role is to generate and maintain a master list of all routes and shipments ensuring that all required details are there and accurate. You will ensure drivers complete their deliveries on time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist drivers with routine directions and delivery issues; inform them of maintenance requirements.
- Ensure all routes are covered in case a driver is absent or unavailable.
- Provide customers with any information affecting their delivery, including accidents, breakdowns, emergencies.
QUALIFICATIONS
At a minimum, you must have :
- 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Bilingual - English/French
Ideally, you would also have:
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while quickly grasping job requirements.
Strong communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with clients via email and phone.
